Kim Petras is a German singer and songwriter based in Los Angeles. She first gained international attention due to her early gender transition and subsequent media coverage as a teenager. She released her debut EP, One Piece of Tape, in 2011 and later worked as a songwriter for artists including Fergie, JoJo, Skylar Stecker, and Twice. Her debut single, I Don't Want It at All, was released in August 2017, followed by Heart to Break,in 2018, which reached number 52 on Billboard's Dance Club Songs chart.
