Jay Buchanan(born on born 6 July 1975 in San Bernardino, California) is an American singer, songwriter, and musician best known as the lead vocalist of the rock band Rival Sons. Active since the mid-2000s, he has released solo material, collaborated with a wide range of artists, and contributed to film soundtracks. Before joining Rival Sons, Buchanan released solo material and performed under his own name, blending folk, Americana, blues, and acoustic songwriting. He released "Weapons of Beauty" in February 2026.
