Yandel is a Puerto Rican reggaeton artist born Llandel Veguilla Malavé who rose to fame as one half of the duo Wisin & Yandel, one of the most successful reggaeton groups of the 2000s. After the group disbanded in 2009, he pursued a solo career, releasing multiple albums and establishing himself as a prominent figure in reggaeton and Latin urban music.
